Pre-Workout Peanut Butter, Banana and Oat Milk Shake

INGREDIENTS
Banana Large banana x 1
Peanut Butter x 1/4 cup (55g)
Honey x 1 teaspoon
Oat Milk x 2 cups (480 ml)
Zip-lock Bag x 1

 

Method

  1. Slice bananas into ½ inch slices, place in zip-lock bag and freeze overnight.
  2. Pour ½ cup oat milk into blender, add all frozen banana slices, peanut butter and honey. Pour remaining ½ cup oat milk and blend until no chunks remain.
