Pre-Workout Peanut Butter, Banana and Oat Milk Shake

Banana | Large banana x 1 |
Peanut Butter | x 1/4 cup (55g) |
Honey | x 1 teaspoon |
Oat Milk | x 2 cups (480 ml) |
Zip-lock Bag | x 1 |
Method
- Slice bananas into ½ inch slices, place in zip-lock bag and freeze overnight.
- Pour ½ cup oat milk into blender, add all frozen banana slices, peanut butter and honey. Pour remaining ½ cup oat milk and blend until no chunks remain.
