Milk Jelly and Figs

INGREDIENTS | |
Gelatine leaves | 5-6 pcs (15gr) |
Omega 3 milk | 500 ml |
Icing sugar | 50 g |
Rose water | 1 tablespoon |
Figs | 6pcs |
Honey | Optional |
Small baking tray | x 1 |
Cling film | x 1 |
Method
- Line a small, shallow baking tray (around 18 x 25cm) with clingfilm
- Soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes, until softened
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk until it starts to steam, then turn heat off
- Whisk the gelatine leaves into milk one by one, followed by icing sugar and rosewater. Leave to cool
- Pour into small baking tray and refrigerate overnight or until set
