Gelatine leaves 5-6 pcs (15gr)
Omega 3 milk 500 ml
Icing sugar 50 g
Rose water 1 tablespoon
Figs 6pcs
Honey Optional
Small baking tray x 1
Cling film x 1


  1. Line a small, shallow baking tray (around 18 x 25cm) with clingfilm
  2. Soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes, until softened
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the milk until it starts to steam, then turn heat off
  4. Whisk the gelatine leaves into milk one by one, followed by icing sugar and rosewater. Leave to cool
  5. Pour into small baking tray and refrigerate overnight or until set
