Onion,chopped | x 1 |
Spring onions, chopped | x 2 |
Green pepper, chopped | x half |
Water chestnuts, chopped | x 60g |
Tomato, chopped | x 1 |
Smoked salmon, chopped | x 150g |
Eggs | x 4 |

Method
- Melt butter in frying pan over a medium heat. Add onion, spring onions, green pepper and water chestnuts. Cook, while stirring, for 4 minutes.
- Add tomato and salmon. Cook for 1 minute. Cool to room temperature.
- Place eggs and milk in a bowl. Whisk more to combine. Add salmon mixture. Pour into a greased 20cm round ovenproof dish. Cook for 25 minutes or until it turns firm.
Tips:
You can replace the salmon with other meats such as chicken or pork. However, if you choose to replace the meat, try adding a little more salt as they would not be as salty as the salmon. Set oven temperature as 180 degrees Celsius
