Dark Chocolate and Pomegranate Overnight Oats

Rolled oats | x 1 (120g) |
Pomegranate seeds | x 1 (120g) |
Dark Chocolate Chips | x 1 tablespoon |
Oat Milk | x 1/2 cup |
Method
- Stir all ingredients together in re-sealable container, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir again before serving and add 1 tablespoon of milk if a thinner consistency is preferred.
Extra tip: Add 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds for an extra crunch just before serving!
