Creamy Date and Banana Oat Milk Shake

Banana | Large banana x 1 |
Dates | x 2 cups (110 g) |
Oat Milk | x 2 cups |
Zip lock bag | x 1 |
Air Tight Container | x 1 |
Method
- Rinse and slice banana into ½ inch slices, place in zip-lock bag and freeze overnight.
- Remove seeds from dates, fully immerse them in an air tight container filled with 1 cup oat milk and refrigerate overnight.
- Pour ½ cup oat milk into blender, add all frozen banana slices and blend for 30 seconds.
- Pour remaining ½ cup oat milk, add dates and blend for 1.5 minutes.
Extra tip: If you prefer your shake sweeter, add 1 teaspoon of honey.
