Method:
- Melt butter in frying pan over a medium heat. Add onion, spring onions,
green pepper and water chestnuts. Cook, while stirring, for 4 minutes.
- Add tomato and salmon. Cook for 1 minute. Cool to room temperature.
- Place eggs and milk in a bowl. Whisk more to combine. Add salmon
mixture. Pour into a greased 20cm round ovenproof dish. Cook for 25
minutes or until it turns firm.
