Dinner : Yummy Salmon & Vegetable Omelette

INGREDIENTS

Oven temperature: 180 degrees Celsius
Butter
x 15g
Onion, chopped
x 1
Spring onions, chopped
x 2
Green pepper, chopped
x half
Water chestnuts, chopped
x 60g
Tomato, chopped
x 1
Smoked salmon, chopped
x 150g
Eggs
x 4
F&N MAGNOLIA Lo-Fat Hi-Cal Oat Milk
x 185ml
Salt
x 0.5 teaspoon
Pepper x 1 teaspoon

Method:

  1. Melt butter in frying pan over a medium heat. Add onion, spring onions,
    green pepper and water chestnuts. Cook, while stirring, for 4 minutes.
  2. Add tomato and salmon. Cook for 1 minute. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Place eggs and milk in a bowl. Whisk more to combine. Add salmon
    mixture. Pour into a greased 20cm round ovenproof dish. Cook for 25
    minutes or until it turns firm.

Tips:
