Dessert : Peach Ice Cream Pie

INGREDIENTS

Slightly softened F&N MAGNOLIA Raspberry Ripple
Ice Cream
x 500ml
Ready-made cooked pastry flan x 18cm
Slices of canned peach x 5
Toasted almonds, flaked x 2 tablespoons

Method:

  1. Spoon 500ml slightly softened F&N MAGNOLIA Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream
    (or any other F&N MAGNOLIA ice cream flavour of your choice) into a
    well-chilled 16cm ready-made cooked pastry flan.
  2. Press the ice cream down softly into the flan and spread out evenly.
    Place the pie in the freezer for 20 minutes to chill.
  3. Remove the pie from the freezer and decorate with the sliced peaches.
    Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of toasted flaked almonds and serve.
