Milk Chocolate Sauce with Chocolate Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
Low Fat Hi Cal Chocolate Milk x 1 cup (250ml)
Corn Syrup 160g
Unsweetened cocoa powder 75 g
Semisweet Chocolate 55 g
Medium Saucepan x 1

 

Method

1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together Low Fat Hi Cal Chocolate milk, corn syrup and cocoa powder

2. Bring to boil over medium heat

3. Once it begins to boil, remove from heat and stir in finely chopped chocolates till they melt completely

4. Leave sauce to stand for a hours and thicken

5. Store chocolate sauce in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
