Dark Chocolate and Pomegranate Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS
Rolled oatsx 1 (120g)
Pomegranate seedsx 1 (120g)
Dark Chocolate Chipsx 1 tablespoon
Oat Milkx 1/2 cup

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients together in re-sealable container, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Stir again before serving and add 1 tablespoon of milk if a thinner consistency is preferred.

Extra tip: Add 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds for an extra crunch just before serving!
